Scope
The scope of this Project Quality Plan includes the following activities related to the Plumbing and Drainage Sub-Contract works.
● Supply of Material
● Preparation, Review and Approval of Drawings.
● Preparation of Material, Technical & Sample Submittals, Review and approval.
● Preparation and Review of Purchase Orders
● Evaluation of Supplier Performances
● Inspection of received Materials
● Handling, Storage and Preservation of Materials
● Document and Data Control
● In-Process and Final Inspection of Installation activities
● Control of Quality Records
● Control of Non-Conforming materials and installation activities
PURPOSE
The purpose of this Project Quality plan is to ensure:
● Proper Identification & Full satisfaction of Customer Requirements which are explicitly stated in all Contract Documents
● Proper understanding and meeting the Project Quality obligations of Sub-contractor
● Achieve excellence in Quality and exceed customer expectations by creating quality awareness in all employees
● Establish a planned and documented Project Quality System, communicate the same to all Project
● Personnel, and evaluate the same to ensure the proper implementation and maintenance of the Quality System until the final handing over to the Employer.
